In addition to our course offerings, we provide one-on-one education and training for those wishing to gain a competitive edge as litigators or medical expert witnesses. For lawyers:

Our extensive litigation experience allows us to prepare lawyers for the challenges of discovery in a professional negligence case. We help you craft a discovery plan, retain necessary experts, prepare deposition questions and written discovery requests, and investigate liability and causation issues which can make or break a case. With our guidance and expertise, you can elevate your case to the next level and secure a favorable outcome for your client.

For medical experts & professionals:

We have been helping expert witnesses and medical professionals prepare for depositions, trial testimony and expert report drafting for over 20 years. When physicians become expert witnesses, or otherwise find themselves testifying in a lawsuit, they enter the legal realm which can be quite different from the world of medicine. We help navigate you through the legal and procedural requirements and pitfalls which can affect your credibility as a witness and the outcome of your case. We work to prepare you to answer difficult questions under oath, handle cross-examination by the opposing party, draft detailed and legally compliant expert reports when required, and ensure that the scope of your opinions and methodology utilized meet necessary requirements for admissibility at trial.
